The framework
The workshop is built on the 4Ds framework: Delegation, Description, Discernment, Diligence. It was developed for professionals who need to collaborate with AI properly, not just prompt it.
Delegation
Deciding what the task is, splitting it into components, and marking what belongs to you, what belongs to AI, and what is collaborative. Most people skip this step entirely. That is where the quality problem starts.
Description
Three lenses that stack on top of each other. Product (what you want), Process (how AI should think about it), Performance (how AI should behave). Most people only use the first one. That is why their outputs are flat.
Discernment
Judging what comes back. Is the reasoning sound or just fluent? What is missing? What is assumed? Good output looks confident. So does bad output. Discernment is how you tell the difference.
Diligence
The responsibility wrapper. A forward pass before you start (privacy, transparency, verification plan) and a close pass before you ship. This is the difference between AI work you can put your name on and AI work that will embarrass you later.
A clear walkthrough of the 4Ds so you understand the full model, not just prompting tricks.
I run each D live with Claude on a real task. You see the difference between round 1 and round 3 with your own eyes.

I use Claude for all live demos. The 4Ds framework works with any frontier model, so you can apply everything you learn in ChatGPT, Gemini, or anything else you use.
Is it recorded?
Yes. Every ticket includes 7 days of full access to The Arena, my paid community, which is where the recording lives. You can watch it as many times as you want during that week.
Can I get the recording without joining The Arena?
The recording lives inside The Arena. Your 7-day access is included in your ticket, so there is nothing extra to pay to watch it. After 7 days, if you want ongoing access to the recording plus everything else in The Arena, you can stay for the monthly membership. If not, no hard feelings.
Is there live practice or is it all lecture?
Roughly half live teaching and demos, half hands-on practice on your own real task. Show up with a real task you are working on this week. That is the practice material.
What if I cannot make the live session?
You will still get the recording via your 7-day Arena access. That said, the workshop is much more valuable live because of the practice sections, so come live if you can.
