Looking to improve general performance, lose weight or build muscle and want intense, focused training then 1:1 RE:AL Athlete PT is for you. You will benefit from direct attention, a personalised training plan and regular monitoring and assessment to ensure that you reach your goals in the fastest time possible.
Single Session: £55.

Looking to improve performance in a specific sport? Whether you’re just getting started, training for a specific event, or simply want to take your training to the next level, RE:AL Athlete Performance is for you.
RE:AL Athlete Performance is a complete coaching solution with personalised training plan, nutrition guidance, on-demand support, and a premium TrainingPeaks account and weekly data analysis using WKO5 included to help get you to your performance goals, fast!
There are three levels available based on the level of training support required:
BRONZE: £55 per Week – Includes 1 x 60 min in-person training session per week.
SILVER: £100 per Week – Includes 2 x 60 min in-person training session per week.
GOLD: £135 per Week – Includes 3 x 60 min in-person training session per week.

Confident training on your own, but would like guidance and support to help you achieve your goals? Then RE:AL Athlete Online is the solution for you.
There are two levels of support available:
RE:AL Athlete PT Online: £45 per week – Includes personalised training programme with 30-minute weekly progress check-in.
RE:AL Athlete Performance Online: £55 per week – Includes our complete coaching solution with personalised training plan, nutrition guidance, on-demand support, a premium TrainingPeaks account and a 60-minute weekly progress check-in to help get you to your performance goals, fast!
