Question 1: Where are sessions held?

All sessions are in-person at Twyford Health Club.

Question 2: Who is this for?

This is ideal if you want:

• A structured plan you can follow consistently

• Strength, fitness, fat loss, and better energy

• A coach who removes guesswork and keeps you accountable

• Nutrition coaching that fits real life (not perfection)

Question 3: Do I need to be fit already?

No. Most clients start with a mix of “busy, stressed, inconsistent” and want a plan that actually sticks. Everything is tailored to your current level.

Question 4: What happens in the free consultation?

It’s a relaxed, no-pressure chat where we:

• Clarify your goal and what you actually want to change

• Look at what’s been holding you back (time, energy, injuries, consistency, nutrition)

• Run a quick “training + lifestyle audit”

• Decide if we’re a fit and map out a simple 12-week plan

If I don’t think you’re a fit for in-person coaching, I’ll tell you – and still give you a clear next step.

Question 5: What if I have an injury or limitation?

That’s common — and it’s exactly why personalised coaching matters. We’ll train around limitations, build strength safely, and progress at the right pace. If anything needs medical clearance, I’ll let you know before we start.

Question 6: How often do I need to train?

Most people do best with 1–2 sessions per week plus a simple plan to follow between sessions.

1x/week is great for consistency and accountability

2x/week is best for faster progress and momentum

We’ll choose what fits your schedule and goals.

Question 7: What does the nutrition coaching involve?

You’ll get a clear structure you can follow without overthinking:

• Simple meal framework (built around your preferences and lifestyle)

• Protein, portions, habits, and “busy-day” rules

• Optional tracking if you like data — but not required

• Ongoing adjustments based on results

It’s designed to be sustainable, not restrictive.

Question 8: Do I have to count calories or track everything?

No. You can get great results without obsessive tracking.

If tracking helps you (and you’re the type who likes data), we can use it as a short-term tool, but the goal is always simplicity and consistency.

Question 9: How long is the programme?

The coaching is set up as a minimum 12-week commitment because that’s the timeframe where real change becomes predictable, not just a short burst of motivation. A healthy lifestyle is a lifelong commitment. Exercising and eating for health and longevity isn't something you do for a few weeks and go back to your old ways.

Question 10: How do cancellations and rescheduling work?

If you give at least 24 hours’ notice, we can reschedule.

Late cancellations (or no-shows) are normally counted as used sessions, not to be harsh, but to protect consistency and keep the calendar fair.

Question 11: What if I travel or have a busy week?

We plan for that. You’ll have a “busy week” version of your training and nutrition so you don’t fall off the wagon every time life gets hectic.

Question 12: How quickly will I see results?

Most clients feel a difference fast (energy, strength, confidence) in the first few weeks — but the real transformation happens through consistent reps over 12 weeks. Your results depend on your starting point, consistency, recovery, and nutrition — and that’s exactly what we coach.

Question 13: What do I need to bring to sessions?

Just:

• Comfortable training clothes

• Trainers

• Water

• A willingness to work (the plan is the easy part – the standards are the difference)

Question 14: How does payment work?

Packages are paid in advance on a rolling 4-week basis. After your consultation, I’ll recommend the best option and send you the setup link.

Question 15: Can I start straight away?

Sometimes yes – it depends on current availability. Book the consultation and I’ll tell you the earliest start date.
