A STRONGER, FITTER, FASTER YOU

The simple 3-step process that will get you performing like a RE:AL Athlete.

STEP 1. INCREASE MOBILITY, STABILITY & ENDURANCE

The first step utilises Performance Mobility and Stabilisation training to address muscular imbalances and attempts to improve the stabilisation of joints and overall posture. This is a component that most training programmes leave out, even though it is arguably the most important to ensure proper neuromuscular functioning.

STEP 2. INCREASE STRENGTH & AEROBIC CAPACITY

The Strength phase of training follows the successful completion of stabilisation training. The emphasis is to maintain stabilisation endurance while increasing prime mover strength and size in preparation for the final power stage of training.

STEP 3. INCREASE POWER & ANAEROBIC CAPACITY

Finally Power training is only entered after successful completion of the Stabilisation and Strength Levels. This level of training emphasises the development of speed and power.

1:1 personalised integrated training programmes based on the scientifically developed RE:AL Athlete Method to get you performing at your full potential.

RE:AL Athlete 1:1 training programmes are tailored to meet your performance goals and current level of experience.
