By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase a ticket.
The AI Fluency Workshop is a live, 2.5-hour online workshop for solopreneurs, founders, and professionals who want to develop practical AI fluency — the skill of collaborating effectively with AI rather than simply prompting it. The workshop is hosted by David Bell of Real Performance Solutions Ltd and is built around the 4Ds framework: Delegation, Description, Discernment, and Diligence.
The workshop is delivered live online. Full details — including the date, start time, platform link, and any materials — are provided in your booking confirmation email and pre-workshop communications.
The workshop is currently delivered via Zoom. The platform used for future sessions may change; any such change will be communicated in advance of the session date.
Your booking is confirmed when payment is received in full and you receive a booking confirmation email. Please check your confirmation and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.
Your place is personal to you and may not be transferred to another person without our written consent.
The workshop price is the amount displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full at the time of booking, processed via the payment methods shown at checkout.
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Workshop Refund Request" within 7 days of your purchase date. Include your name, the email address used to book, and your order reference if available.
If we cancel a workshop for any reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days, or you may transfer your booking to a future session at no additional cost.
If we reschedule a workshop, we will notify you as soon as possible. If the rescheduled date does not suit you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of receiving the rescheduling notice.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the date of your purchase.
Our 7-day refund policy (Section 5) operates as a goodwill policy alongside your statutory rights. Where your statutory rights provide greater protection, they take precedence.
For any element of the purchase that constitutes digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, your statutory right of withdrawal may be waived if you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right at the point of purchase.
The workshop is delivered live online. You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection, a suitable device, and the required video platform installed before the session begins. We are not responsible for technical difficulties on your end that prevent you from attending.
We recommend joining the platform link at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you experience connection issues, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
The workshop will be recorded. A replay of the session will be made available to participants who have purchased recording access as part of their order.
The recording is for your personal use only. You may not share, redistribute, publish, or use the recording for any commercial purpose.
Recording access is not included in the standard ticket price unless stated at checkout. Details of what is included in each ticket tier are shown at the point of purchase.
All workshop content — including presentations, frameworks, materials, and any recording — is owned by Real Performance Solutions Ltd and is protected by copyright.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials provided for your own personal business development. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or share any workshop content, or use it to create competing products or services.
You agree to participate in the workshop respectfully and professionally. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund.
The workshop is educational in nature and is intended to provide practical frameworks and skills around working with AI. Nothing presented constitutes professional legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Outcomes referenced in our marketing are illustrative and not guaranteed.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with the workshop shall not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your attendance or non-attendance.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
