Using first principles, we design a clear path from where the business is to where it needs to be. We define what the business needs to do consistently, how those things should work, and what needs to change first.

We build and deploy the systems that deliver the strategy. Where AI can handle a task more efficiently than a person doing it manually, we build that in. Where it cannot, we do not force it.

Alongside that, I consulted with small and medium-sized businesses. The problems were the same in miniature. Lots of effort, not enough structure. Over the past few years I have built my own businesses, applied what worked, and refined the approach.
